• Bad rollers – the machine needs fresh paper rollers which are like tires on your car. if the rollers are worn down, they cannot grab and feed the paper correctly.
• Bad driver settings – If you are printing and you say it is normal paper and it turns out to be thick paper, this is also likely to jam.
• Bad humidity situations – if the paper gets too dry or too wet, there tends to be jamming issues
• Bad fusers – if your fuser is worn, this is when you tend to find the paper that is like an accordian.
• Finisher misaligned – if your finisher isn’t set up correctly, there will be a paper path mismatch and create issues for your company
